How will my gift be packaged?

Every order is beautifully hand-wrapped in our signature luxury gift box, complete with tissue paper and a hand-tied bow. We also include a handwritten gift card with your personal message at no extra cost.

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do. We offer worldwide shipping via tracked courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at the checkout.

What is your return policy for gift items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items like teething toys or skincare cannot be returned once opened.

Are your baby clothes organic and safe for newborns?

Quality is our priority. Most of our clothing ranges are made from 100% organic cotton, ensuring they are soft, breathable, and gentle on a newborn's sensitive skin.

Will an invoice or price details be included in the box?

Since our hampers are primarily sent as gifts, we never include invoices or any pricing information inside the package. You will receive your receipt via email only.
